Each item is checked before dispatched, we cannot take responsibility for items damaged during transit. Please check your item before signing for it from the courier. If you don’t have time to check it, please sign for it as “unchecked”. Whilst every effort is made to meet delivery times, Kizzies does not accept liability for delays beyond our control. Goods are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. For countries not in the E.U. contact us for quote and please be aware of additional Customs Duties that may be incurred by you.

Goods can be returned (excludes sale items) for a refund, exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt minus postage cost. Items will not be accepted beyond this period. They must be unworn and in the same condition as when you received them, no scents, no marks with all labels intact, tissue and free gifts must also be returned unopened and unused. All returns must be agreed beforehand, refunds do not apply to sale orders. Please ensure you include a copy of your dispatch note or order confirmation showing your order number so we can identify your return. Return postage to be paid by the customer and the original postage costs are non refundable.
The postage costs will be deducted from refund when goods are returned. Please include any FREE GIFTS or TOYS with your returns as we cannot accept returns that are not complete. Sale Items, Christening and Occasion Wear are non returnable, size exchange only, no refunds. Lelli Kelly Shoes are non returnable when shoe has been worn unless its a genuine manufacturing fault.
Items returned as faulty will be investigated thoroughly to ensure the damage is done due to a manufacturing fault and not normal wear and tear which is not covered. Items may get sent to manufacturer's to assess and make a decision which may take up-to 14 days. Returns that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Returns postage is the customer’s responsibility, initial freight charges for goods sent out will be deducted from you refund. This does not affect your statutory rights relating to genuine faulty goods.
What if item I bought is the wrong size?
If you would like to exchange the item for another size, please contact us first to ensure we have the size/style available. Once you have returned the item in original package, all we ask is that you pay postage before we send out the new items. We advise that you obtain proof of posting, as we are unable to take responsibility for returned item lost in the post.
