We have a 14-day return policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags in its original packaging. Please include any FREE GIFTS or TOYS with your returns as we cannot accept returns that are not complete. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We advise that items are sent back signed for as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders, personalized items, 
dancewear, swimwear, underwear, Christening/Occasion wear and shoes are non returnable, no refunds.

Lelli Kelly Shoes are non returnable when shoe has been worn unless it’s a genuine manufacturing fault. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
All returns must be agreed beforehand, refunds do not apply to sale orders. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@kizzies.uk.

Returns postage is the customer’s responsibility and the original postage costs are non refundable. 

Postage charges for goods sent out will be deducted from your refund. This does not affect your statutory rights relating to genuine faulty goods.

For Ireland and Northern Ireland, Isle of man, Scottish Island & Channel Island, please email for quote. Depends on weight and insurance.

Each item is checked before dispatched & we cannot take responsibility for items damaged during transit. Please check your item before signing for it from the courier. If you don’t have time to check it, please sign for it as “unchecked”. Whilst every effort is made to meet delivery times, Kizzies does not accept liability for delays beyond our control. Goods are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. For countries not in the E.U. contact us for quote and please be aware of additional Customs Duties that may be incurred by you.

What if item I bought is the wrong size?
If you would like to exchange the item for another size, please contact us first to ensure we have the size/style available. Once you have returned the item in the original package, all we ask is that you pay postage before we send out the new items. We advise that you obtain proof of posting, as we are unable to take responsibility for returned item lost in the post.
